Caprican International was formed in 1997 by Ken Bilobrowka with the purchase of a single Tandem drill. Ken has since added many different units to his fleet and offers over 20 years’ experience in the seismic industry. We offer water hauling with our water trucks and water bombies. Caprican also offers Low Impact Seismic drills (water/air capability) which require much smaller cutline (2.5m).Tandem drills are on Mack trucks with top drive drills. Water capability only with floatation tires changed on site. Buggy drills are 4 wheel drive, articulating, and floatation tire units with a top drive rapid drill, designed for soft areas, hills, and deep snow terrain. A Quad drill is a specialized unit for areas not accessible to other types of equipment. This unit has a small footprint (1.2m) and is able to travel through sensitive habitat with little impact. The unit is capable of being moved by helicopter if required in areas with no road access. Caprican has maintained a SECOR since 1998 and has obtained a COR as of December 2013. We are also members of CAGC (Canadian Association of Geophysical Contractors).Caprican is based in Ardrossan, AB., providing seismic drilling/water hauling services in western Canada.  We recently started into a new field of drilling for the geothermal industry. Safety and quality is our goal for the years to come.
